Refund policy
I guarantee that the tubers I send you will not arrive rotten (assuming they arrive in a timely manner and USPS doesn't lose them), they will be true to variety, and they will have a sprouting eye. I cannot guarantee anything beyond that. If they don't meet my criteria, and this is reported to Fruit Hill Flowers within 24hrs of the tracking number showing as delivered, I will refund the value of purchased items via the original payment method. Unfortunately, I cannot refund any shipping costs in whole or in part.
